About the #17
The #17 has a swiveling branch, so a sloped rail can run over the top of a post at the angle of your stairs or ramp. Set the angle and lock it with the set screws.
Like every Nu-Rail® fitting, it's cast from corrosion-resistant 535 aluminum-magnesium alloy and locks onto standard pipe with set screws. No welding, no threading, just a hex key. Loosen the screws and you can reposition it or take the whole structure apart later.

How it goes together
- Slide it on Cut pipe to length and slip the fitting over the end. No threading.
- Position it Slide to height and set the angle before you lock it.
- Tighten the set screw Lock it with a hex key. Loosen it to adjust or take it apart later.
